I love four-wheeling and visiting old mining camps. Though the mines are long abandoned, there is a richness of history, texture and color that still lingers, capturing the imagination. High above Telluride, you’ll find the remains of the “Virgin Mine”.
Yeah those old place provide a lot to photograph. Like the last picture, this picture has also a blown effect. Try adjusting the contrast or the levels in CS2(if you use that) or you could have shot with 1/2 f-shot under exposed.
