According to National Geographic Adventure #18 3/2002, Hall Valley is the best place in Colorado to pitch your tent. I disagree! Hall Valley is indeed beautiful and a great playground with phenomenal scenery, but then so is the rest of Colorado. Gibson Creek flows down from the Continental Divide through Hall Valley. About mid valley, you’ll find this increasable beaver pond.

The colors definitely are very vibrant. I wish you had a polarizer to get rid of those reflections on the water.
